How stupid is this!

I bought a beef joint for the girls Sunday dinner today and it's cooking instructions are on the underside of the weight label.... Being a bloke i needs a heads up when it comes to cooking this type of thing so what prat decided to package it like this....

Cooking instructions for roasting meat are universal , 20mins per lb and 20 mins over so a 2lb joint would take 1 hour to cook

 

For beef and lamb I tend turn the oven up high , say 220 degrees for the first 20mins and then down to 180 for the remaining time this seals the outside yet ensures the centre stays pink

It's beef wrapped in string so do i also add fat or and wrap it in foil?
