With regards to excess I take it you are talking about voluntary excess ? With regards to NCB do some years the maximum some will use is 9 years, normally on getting a quote you can only select from a list an over 9 years is normally top of the list. If somebody has let you enter 16 years then that’s probably the exception to the rule. Do you have protected NCB on your policy ? This year my renewal was £245 down from £263 and then £20 off for renewing online 😀

Also, they have Customer Service centres open where you can pick up your car or pay £50 to have it delivered, they will service your car whether you bought it from Cazoo or not. It I wonder how many people know this and would want to do it and centres are “regional” but mostly around the Midlands.

They only started doing that 2 days ago They started buying from BCA getting them to prep. the car and store it until it was sold. They had £500 million of investment in the first year. You can buy a car from them ( no haggling ) or buy a subscription which includes everything but petrol and is very expensive. The guy that started it in 2018 owned Zoopla before, sold that and started this.

They say they do a 300 point check but don’t say they fix what they find 😞

Summer 2021 E10 petrol will replace the current regular 95 grade. E10 contains 10% renewable ethanol and some older cars ( pre 2011 ) will not be able to run on it. Solution is to use the more expensive 97 grade. Anybody here affected ? You can check on gov.uk
