1.6i ghia but its a 1.8 cvh 1.6 head lol..cammed gasflowed ported vernier pully full massive rs turbo stainless from down pipe lol..been quit well looked after tbh...went for mot last saturday and passed with just arb bushes and front disks on advisory lol...brakes will clean up with use n there drilled n grooved with green stuff :)  insured from wednesday at only 170 notes fully comp and with a years top cover from RAC too lmao..oh ................ and its covered for track day use woop woop

 

also came with 2 x rs turbo kits series 1 kits 1 genuine and 1 fibre copy :) oh n a set of golf clubs :S  has rs turbo recaros in front too :P

Yes I'm getting mixed up with the Escort as that shape was the MK3 so Orion MK1. MK4 Escort was the MK2 Orion. Used to see loads when I lived in Essex and had my Escort 10+ years ago.

lmao..to be fare she does has a far bit of surface rust appearing but being a panel beater and spray from leavin school am sure i can handle it lol..yes she defo needs a sprint round my local track (lydenn race circuit )  for a few laps and some decent photos :)  cant promise there be no offs but il try my best lmao

pmfsl @ spellings lol....typo error's mate ;)  .... yeah thats a the 1 to watch lol.. had it 2 weeks now and only driven it off the back of mates truck and to its parking spot :(  shall insure it wednesday but then got to find tax money :|  am sure 26 year old cars and over were tax exempt

Railway sleepers? Might be some beyond the gravel and tyres now, but in my day (early 80s) the chalk bank came right to the edge of the track on the exit of Paddock Bend...

No roll cage and just a simple 3 point harness and helmet. No damage to me and in fact the laminated windscreen came out in one piece and went on to be fitted to two further Mk1 Triumph 2000s which were raced and rallied in the '80s.

That's going to smart a bit!!

Nah, was young and flexible and just had a bit of minor bruising on my shoulders.

Had to climb out of the windscreen aperture as the roof was rolled down over the tops of the doors so they wouldn't open.

Was going really well up to that point...

use to be 26 years and over years back iirc
