Mark H.
Is that not known as a flying spur? I prefer the real Bentleys to the expensive Phaeton .
Tony
Spur it is...... Also Audi it is!
Mark H.
Yeah, you need a 6.75 turbo V8 in your Bentley.
parthiban
Cruise in style though Not much style in one of those unfortunately, I personally think they're horrid Yeah much prefer the "proper" bentley, is that the continental T? Forget what it's called........
Rich
The bentley don't do it for me neither!

CIH
I've done a couple of Spurs and Conti Ts. IIRC my first attempt at optimising a subframe was on a Spur. In for a penny etc. I lol'd at the usual VA Group logos on the driveshafts etc ie; VW, Audi, Skoda & Seat!
Rich
I lol'd at the usual VA Group logos on the driveshafts etc ie; VW, Audi, Skoda & Seat! So really you pay the extra £££££ for the badge!!
CIH
Even better, when peeps buzz off of big VAG cars saying "OMG it's got Bentley engineering underneath" Okay, 1: It's all done by the same VAG dudes in germany 2: A company that, pre-VAG, used a prehistoric v8 with a ruddy great big turbo. Nowt wrong with that ofcourse, Bentley Boys actually prefered it to a spanking new Beemer v8, but not exactly the cutting edge of engineering excellence is it ? parthiban
Yeah much prefer the "proper" bentley, is that the continental T? Forget what it's called........ It's the continental Spur Nope I was talking rubbish, it's the brooklands I was talking about
Mark H.
The Brooklands will be the last proper Bentley. Have you seen the design of the new one? What were they thinking with the new lights. Germans don't do understated they do ugly or dull. They don't know how to make a classic timeless design. parthiban
The weird thing is I think the Mulsanne looks great except for that front end, whoever designed it was clearly drunk - if they had just given it the two front lights on each side as bentleys always have it would be a really nice car imho. Rich
Looks like it only just fits on the ramps! What's adjustable, I bet it's just front and maybe rear toe?
Tony
Rear is a live axle so no adjustment there...... All we have is fron toe and then adjust the steering box to centre the steering position.
Rich
Live axle as in a beam? How does one adjust the steering box then?
