SMARTLY
I noticed this the other day, nice view from the kitchen? http://www.rightmove.co.uk/new-homes-for-sale/property-53558005.html
Rich
That's a CGI image but I've never seen one with a real garden put in the window - random!
parthiban
If that's what the actual view will be from the kitchen that's impressive
Rich
Those rubbish photos I put on last week I think the agent might have heard me! This week they've sent all decent photos!

Rich
He's one from today, just the front door on show! It's almost like they don't want anyone to see the house!
adam_r
Brilliant! I will try and update this thread with my own pictures soon of the new house. In total there were 8 pictures of the house on right move and non of them really did any justic for the house. On the flip side i have seen some house adverts with amazing pictures, but its been a total dive when we looked around

Rich
Brilliant! I will try and update this thread with my own pictures soon of the new house. In total there were 8 pictures of the house on right move and non of them really did any justic for the house. On the flip side i have seen some house adverts with amazing pictures, but its been a total dive when we looked around Some agents send photos in as HDRs, which gives a really crap impression, they're fine for some subjects but not selling houses. Really the photo should be as accurate as possible. I think I have been sent the best one yet today, it is terrible! Needless to say I didn't use it!!! SMARTLY
Looks like the picture was taken with the quality of camera that was available when the house was built
adam_r
Thats a shocking photo right there!
Rich
God knows what they used to take it! I'm suspecting they've tried to alter it with software though and made a hash of it. After sending them a proof of the advert they complained I didn't use their new photo! Shocking!
SMARTLY
Do you think they have photoshopped it and moved the front door to the side?
Tony
Looks like the roof has had fire damage?

Rich
Do you think they have photoshopped it and moved the front door to the side? It's a ground floor flat, the side door must be for the 1st floor flat. Considering it's £295 per week you'd think they would try and present it a bit better! Rich
I've not really had any bad photos recently until today. Check this one out and it's advertising a £340k maisonette!
Tony
At least stand back and get a distant photo so it doesn't look so steep
