Nah - just get a broom and do the far side rather than nearside of the wheel.

The real problem would be getting between the 'spokes' - I would recommend stopping and doing it properly.

Yep, it's a cool million pound, first of it's type in the world automatic machine..... And no i was only kidding about the coding.

Wow that sounds amazing? Sorry if I've missed this in an earlier thread or something, but is there a video or similar? How does it work exactly, can it do all finishes, including the polished finishes like your lambo wheels for example?

I can't show any images or video because we don't want to show how it's being done. The machine has a 15 stage preparation the it will lathe, diamond cut, weld or reshape, it can powder or paint and then bake. We can repair anything, even replace a broken spoke or even make you a wheel from a billet.

That sounds truly amazing, honestly if it wasn't coming from you I wouldn't be sure such a machine could exist! What are the results like, do you have any example photos?

It's still about a month from completion because the kit is coming from all over the world. We have two container loads of wheels to practice on and fine tune the machine, there will be plenty of pictures then.

Just hope we don't see them all in the Horrors of the Week!
