need to check the functionality and the eml327 will do that I suspect you may have limited obd options

Yeah the blue one should connect and access an obd2 socket but we arent sure at present whether the car is obd2 compliant

I did see the multi plug connection on the OSF isn't that the OBD connection.

It could be Toyotas own specification, or it could be OBD1, or it could be OBD2. The fact that there's a plug just means there's a plug. It's the data which is transmitted through it which is important.
