Rich Posted March 7, 2011 Author Report Share Posted March 7, 2011 Had a call last Friday from the boiler company and they arranged to come today to fix it. Then they phoned on Saturday morning to say there had been a cancellation could they come then but we were going out so said no. Last night at 7pm get a phone call from them again to check today was still ok, which it was. Â The guy said that the people who work for the housing association are clowns and don't know what they're doing! 3 of them came out and all of them said it was the wrong thing. I wonder if the boiler company will be charging for their time now as they came out on the assumption the boiler was faulty and still in warranty.
