CIH
My collection of unstarted model kits. Maybe I'm saving them for a rainy day ? -edit: updated with new arrivals (S13 Silvia & R32) -updated 02/11/2008 - Sukhoi Flanker & Tmcat arrived, MIG21 & F8E (not shown) on the way out. Babylon 5 Starfury. I'm keen for a Thunderbolt Starfury but have never seen a kit anywhere. -My absolute favourites, from the Macross Plus/Zero anime show. Imported direct from Japan & Hong Kong. I doubt I'll ever feel I can do them justice so they'll probably never get built.

Rich
I used to build aeroplanes when I was a kid but got bored with them as they took too long. I stick with me lego now! If you do build them all where you gonna put them?

CIH
Blimey ...... that's quite a collection you have there, any reason you don't build them I used to build aeroplanes when I was a kid but got bored with them as they took too long. I stick with me lego now! If you do build them all where you gonna put them? I think that's the problem as I don't really have anywhere to display them. Actually, no. Secretly, I'm saving them for when I get my own gaffe but I don't know when that will be.

CIH
"build one" ? lol actually, I really fancy a Sukhoi Flanker so I really should build one to make room another box. 'think I'll start the Foxbat (^ bottom right) as it's a fairly simple, chunky shape.

CIH
Progress on the Foxbat build: That's wings, engine necelle fronts (inlets), landing-gear bay doors joined and deseamed. The fuselage body halves have been gluded and taped together while they dry overnight. Then more sanding of the seams before attaching the upper and lower body panels and probably wing missile hardpoints. It's a jap Hasegawa kit so I've no idea what colours to paint it in yet. Tony
Nah not at all. Even for me with my chubby, workers hands. Tony, Mark and myself struggled with the "clip together Lambo"....... Don'e ever let us near glue
CIH
Spend all day "modelling" and the glue does funny things to your head Got all the control surfaces and body toegther and deseamed now. Running out of stuff to do untill I get the paints so I've started my Sukhoi Berkut (Golden Eagle) too. Sheesh. Didn't building anything for 8 months and now I've 2 on the go. Piccys soon.
