Tony
Jebus ....... Fair play for keeping calm and control but after these two events i think i would consider taking up skateboarding.

Tony
Agreed, i mean with my arse trumpeting i would have given that bike at least another 50BHP.
rooflessdriver
My next door neighbour used to race the IOM Manx. In 2004 he was flat out through one of the town sections and someone lent out and fired a camera flash at him on a corner. Loss of concentration for a split second and he dropped the bike at 106mph and it hit a telegraph pole and bounced back at him. Ended up with a fractured spine and in hospital on the island for several months, then airlifted back to east surrey hospital round the corner from me. Was told unlikely he will ever walk again due to damage done. The following year he ran the london marathon, raising thousands for the air ambulance on the Island. Went back the following year, (not to race) and was treated like royalty!
