Rich
It's been like that for at least a year! I think the company who fitted the roof went bust.

hms
Don't forget as the bucket fill up it will get heavier! So what if the roof firm went bust, it's the landlords problem, you just want it fixed. h
Rich
At least there is a bucket higher up now, it used to be on the floor and would splash out or miss completely and hit whoever was nearby!

parthiban
Lol that is a ingenious if not a bit of a bodge! Did the company that did the roof provide an insurance backed guarantee? If so it wouldn't matter if the company went out of business.

Tony - worth checking if you have a collateral warranty or if the installation of the roof (despite the installer going bust) is covered by an insurance backed warranty. I would expect that a building of this age (less than 10 years) has a warranty of that sort of period for the roof? Any idea who the installer was and what the system installed is, as they are usually just a subsidiary of a larger firm like Sarnafil, Flag Alwitra etc.? (I am a very boring Architect by the way!)
