Adamk
Thanks the car is great but I have a few issues with it Boot isn't very big Not a lot of room for baby seats The MPG is rubbish Parts are expensive The good thing I like is that I don't see many around and when I do it's mainly oldish guys lol
Rich
Nice motors mate You have a tourer and the boot is too small?!! I just had a look at the 7th gen tourer and it was massive, even bigger than the Mondeo I had. What engine does the Accord have and what mpg are you getting around town? Is it OEM or pattern parts you find expensive? If these cars are as reliable as they're suppose to be then hopefully it won't need too much doing to it. I have heard about child seats not fitting properly, I think the rear seats are quite sporty in shape, which is probably why.
Tony
Have to agree they are nice cars. Looks like you like detailing Here's two of mine... Rich
It's a shame you never got to use that Lambo Tony.
parthiban
Congratulations and good luck for the 2 lovely arrivals you have expected just in time for xmas! Any pics of the carbon wrapped dash? I think those rearward facing type baby seats are always going to be a bit of a problem in conventional type cars because of their shape - even in my brother's XF it was quite a snug fit. Agree, it's a shame the Lambo had to go before you got a chance to use it

Adamk
rich The 7th gen boot is a lot bigger than the 8th gen as the wheel arches stick out in the boot a lot more It's the 2.2 I-Dtec around town it's doin low 30s on motorways it does mid 40s I had to have a top ball joint on it last mot which was £250 only thing to have gone on it yet fingers crossed The baby seats fit better in my girlfriends 3 door Clio believe it or not lol Tony Yer I love cleaning my cars don't clean it as much as I did with my ibiza tho You got some lovely cars wish I could afford something like them Parthiban Il post a pic up of the carbon looks a lot better than the wood effect that comes standard We have the isofix bases so that takes a bit more room up aswel Can't wait for the boys to be hear will be great Liner33 That's what I said when she told me we having twins lol

Adamk
I thought that at first about the mirrors but wanted it to look a bit different It was my fault I I just replaced the sump as I cracked it on a speed bump the day before I under sealed it so when I started the car up it vibrated of the arms of the free wheel lift and hit my mates tool box
Adamk
Sorry for the poor pics phone was rubbish at the time This is what it fell off Winter wheels
Tony
Not sure about that ramp or the yellow wheels if i'm honest, but the car looks absolutely mint so top score there.
Adamk
We still use the ramps we have 6 of them we put people carriers on them and all sorts the reason my car fell of was cause I under sealed it the day before and when I fitted the new sump I started it up and left it running to check for oil leak and it slid on the chassis cause of the under seal I painted the wheels yellow and blue for a mess round for winter the wheels and the paint didn't cost me anything so I wasn't to fussed lol One of the reasons I got rid of it was cause I got in to mountain biking and I started loosing interest in the car etc so thought I'd sell it for someone else to look after it more I really do miss the power tbf my Honda isn't as how car so I don't look after it as much as I should

Rich
That ramp does look dodgy - I would be weary of using that again. Shame about the nail, can it be repaired?
Tony
You could eat off that engine bay....... That type of detailing is that type of area = not much skin on your knuckles.
