When i had problem with my silver is200, i just got in contact with lexus GB when i got no joy at the dealers, they came took it away for 5 weeks, left me a nice RX450h and sorted it all out. the main man was called Steve Settle (or something like that) but you will get reply from some one called Alex, they might have all changed now.

LoL i got new shape Lexus is250 mate, yes Anees still has the Evo, S2000, Audi RS4 and now the BMW 335d, nice collection

I had some bc racing coilovers fitted to my lexus is300, they are very good, the ride is very hard mind, considering they had been on the car for just short of 2yrs, they can up very well when removed and sold on

If you want to be 100% safe for your sister and the car, my mate Steve has a garage in Glossop sk13 5ey not that far away He is the MOT tester and owner.

They should all work to the same standards mate, but i know what you mean with some garages making things up so they get the work off you, if you feel they are making something up you can contact VOSA, Something i always tell family members if they taking the car for any sort of work is, let them know you work for trading standard or the police even if you don't makes them think twice

Don't really know how your rear light units fit on your car, but in the past i have a VW Jetta and water was getting into the boot via on of the rear lights -

Try putting some colour into your washer water, that way you can tell if it's coming from the washer jet/pipe -
Yellow brake calipers & carbon fibre brakes don't work that well
