How many of you are using Windows 10 and IE/Edge?

I don't have those so can't see how it's behaving on them. I have OSX and Windows 7.

I get the script error which is what's causing most of the problems so I need to find out the cause.

Just tried Edge and that seems fine, but tried to go back to Firefox and it's giving:

FF login has warnings about being insecure.

IE/Edge won't log in for me.

I think most if not all the issues have happened around the time when the forum was marked as insecure.

I see that the https issues still aren't resolved here yet, any ETA for fix?

This will stop many users from logging in if follow Google links etc.

I've not used IP's forum software, but most are pretty similar.  To me, your issue looks like you are trying to call http files, such as script files, from https pages, which most browsers will give at best a warning, or simply silently ignore.  You really, where possible, want to be using relative links to pull these files, rather than ones with the FQDN in.

On www.omegaowners.com, due to our setup, we pull all our static files, including script files, from another server (on another continent :D), so our links have to be full links.  In that case, we found by making them https, that worked, and also didn't upset browsers that went http to the site.

If you need a hand, I'm willing to assist, although don't have experience of IP BBS as said.

Thanks. I don't actually think it's a problem with the forum software, the website is also affected. It seems to be a http/https issue so I need to look into that first.

Yes, all likely to be suffering the same issues.  If you get stuck, give me a prod :)

Oh we will because as Rich says there's no point moving unless we can deal with the issues.
