Rich
Just need standard road legal ones. Where is the cheapest place to order them online, there's so many I can't decide who to use?
rooflessdriver
I tend to use Craigsplates.
Rich
Cheers mate...looks like you have to send off the registration documents to prove you're the owner. Is that the case for all number plate websites? Might see how much Halfords are but there's no information on their website about them. rooflessdriver
Depends on what you want. When I got my show plates I didn't need to, but when I ordered proper ones after buying a personal plate, I just scanned them in and sent them by email. (Think they will take fax as well.) scorps
You have to show at Halfrauds as well, i think its the law now.
hms
You have to show at Halfrauds as well, i think its the law now. Correct. Another vote for craigsplates. After about 10 months my rear plate began to ripple where the plastic covering was lifting. Sent a replacement foc. H
Rich
Looking on craigsplates it says you need to post the proof, no mention of emailing it from what I can see. If I do need to show originals I will get them made at halfords or motorfactors then.
liner33
I use myshowplates.com despite them also saying they require documentation the plates come with the BS number and address so are fully legal Very quick service as well
Rich
Cool I'll take a look at them as well. That's what I want/need the BS number and address. Didn't have to worry about those on the other cars as they're pre 2001.
