liner33 Posted April 20, 2011 Report Share Posted April 20, 2011 I can be hard to get these big tyres to seat close enough to hold air sufficient to push the tyre onto the rim , i remember lots of fun and games fitting a 12" wide slick onto a wheel at the drag strip , none of the compressors we could find would supply enough air quickly , in the end we fitted a strop around the middle of the tyre and then pumped it up These tyre fitting centres with all the kit dont know their born !!
