Tony
This car came to us for front tyres....... How the hell can a driver not notice the poor handling with blown suspension like this?
CIH
We had a Ka comein with serious toe-out wear. Car was on the ramp already so I fitted the FF gauges and it was like 20mm toe out. Asked the gaffer as nothing looked new but he told me to track it up anyway. Went to back it off and dump it in the car park and it was absolutly terrible. Tried a test drive and turned back after about 30ft. Anyway bottom arm felt like it was ready to fall off and probably the top mount was shagged too. Customer had only come-in to complain of the tyre wear!

Mat
looks like the exhaust has recently been done as well, yet whoever did that failed to notice the Exxon Valdez situation on the suspension
Rich
Was it a french car? Did they let you replace it then or drive it away?

Escort and yes "surprise, surprise" they did replace the suspension once the condition was highlighted....
