Tony
It looks like the man just shoves this woman off and she narrowly avoids falling into the path of the, swerving to avoid her, bus.Now I've also seen comments saying she attempts to kick him and he was just acting in self defence....I can't see that myself. What do you make of it ?> http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-england-london-40860045/putney-bridge-cctv-of-jogger-pushing-woman-in-front-of-bus
Viking
Need to see the video footage from the other bus. I think there's more to this than random.
Rich
Her leg goes out after he pushed her, it was deliberate. Anyone who tries to push someone under a bus should be done for attempted murder.
SMARTLY
They have found the jogger arrested him and released while they investigate further.
Tony
Caught that's to the net methinks..... To my eye it's attempted murder since the jogger had no concern for the lady he pushed... It can't be attempted manslaughter because his actions were deliberate.
Viking
He deliberately pushed her, but that's not attempted murder. Only if he deliberately pushed her with the intention of pushing her under a bus would it be attempted murder maybe. That would be a hard one to prove in any court.
