markocosic
Hello, 2002 Daimler Super V8 (Jaguar XJR; X308 type; but with "comfort" suspension not the "sports" suspension) Full suspension setup required, with road test. Coventry area preferred if there's a reputable workshop. Front suspension is MX5 style adjustment (two eccentrics on the lower wishbone). JTIS says: Camber angle+0.3° to -0.9° (LH and RH balanced within 1.0°) Caster angle4.0° to 8.0° (LH and RH balanced within 1.2°) Wheel alignment (total toe)0° 5' to 0° 25' (toe in) Nut - wishbone front eccentric bolt.113-153 Nm Nut - wishbone rear eccentric bolt.113-153 Nm Rear suspension has toe adjustment with an eccentric on the end of the lower wishbone and camber adjustment with shims on the driveshaft. JTIS says: Camber angle0° to -1.2° Wheel alignment (total toe)0° 5' (toe out) to 0° 35' (toe in) Nut - hub carrier pivot pin 88-118 Nm Every bush, balljoint, and bearing has been replaced and I'd like to get it all pointed in the right directions. For the moment all of the eccentrics are in the central position and I've centred the steering wheel on the rack travel/set the tracking at the front to vaguely parallel with string. Tyres are brand new Michelin Pilot Sports. I'd like the car setting up, less the rear camber - it's a pig/specialist job and the cars aren't sensitive to it. Jaguar specs are pretty wide and don't always result in a car that tracks true, particularly under accel/braking with the "soft" spec suspension/bushes and the supercharged engine. Recommendations and quotation welcome. It's all new and copper-greased/torqued so should be a pleasure to work on. Thanks!
SMARTLY
Sounds like as so much has been done in the steering / suspension area that it would well be worth a visit to see Tony at Milton Keynes.

markocosic
Not a problem - thought I'd ask on the offchance there was somebody in Coventry itself. :-) How are you for Friday 24th? I'll be en-route from Wales (!) so it'd have to be after 12:00. I'll give you a ring on Monday anyhow.
