If this was an angry reaction to the delay the cyclists were causing then the driver should have spent a little more time reading into their local communities actiities and chosen a different route. Its completely sick, if deliberate i can think on a perfect compensatory punishment.... involving them riding a bike and a car driving up behind them at speed. if this was an accident, then its a terribly unfortunate one.
