Shell employee too from the jacket he was wearing, so he'll probably be suing them for not specifically telling him that operating a cigarette lighter in tank of petrol may endanger his health. If not this is one hell of a training video. I wonder where it happened. Obviously not UK, possibly USA but unlikely as they're pretty stringent on HSSE due to the liability laws.
