Rich
Only 8 left now, if anyone wants one be quick, I reckon they will be gone by the end of tomorrow.
rooflessdriver
I've still not decided whether to get a filter or not, seems to be big arguments about their use and how they affect image quality. I've always bought Ghostless Filters for all my lenses and experiences in the Arctic & Antarctica proved their worth. I have a £15 UV filter that is scratched to pieces by the Arctic winds & dust, that I show people who think its not worth having. Would rather damage that than a £1,000+ lens. One guy at work came back to me several months later and thanked me for advising him to buy one. He tripped whilst climbing over a stile and cracked the UV filter but the lens was ok. Rich
I don't think UV filters are actually needed now as modern cameras have this built in but I'm looking at getting some other filters to play with.
parthiban
I've got a filter on mine, doesn't really make any difference to the photos but I like having it there to protect the front of the lens. Rather replace the cheap filter than get a scratch on the lens and have to replace that.........
Rich
I might get one then, we will see but I'm looking at getting some ND filters as well to try for landscapes and water.
Steve-O
I might get one then, we will see but I'm looking at getting some ND filters as well to try for landscapes and water. I have a polarising lens and a UV lense fitted. The polarising one is supposed to be good for shots into water etc
