Geoffers Posted June 4, 2021 Report Share Posted June 4, 2021 That was on the news not so long ago. Yes, they are deepwater and it's extremely rare for them to be anywhere the surface. They live way below any deep water fishing nets and things like that. This is only a small one - here's a comparison of some others in the same species.
