But yes i've had many examples where a customer would say i need a tyre for my car and i say what car do you have? And the reply is blue .... Um no what make of car do you have?.... I've just told you it's the blue one I'm not so sure an interest in cars is necessary, I'd class this more as general knowledge - these are people who just don't really know much about anything.
