  3. but i cant help but think i would not be so comfortable as a parent allowing this http://www.streetfire.net/video/terry-martin_170234.htm

  6. i dont know why i watched that all the way through...... something quite captivating...... oh dear!
  7. expected to be a write off! well that seems strange to me, must be more than a damaged bonnet then! lesson learnt, dont use car washes!
  8. "very dry snow, a good operation is not guaranteed on surfaces with wet snow! " haha, have you ever heard of snow that wasnt wet!?
  9. haha.......... hahahaahahahahahaahahahah.......... you get the idea!
  10. the factory isnt far from where i am, i even went there to discuss selling them a photocopier (previous job) and was shown breifly around the showroom and a peek in their workshops. Really is one of the few real coachbuilder car manufacturers in existance. A great midlands jewel in the British crown
  11. it is such an inveloping game, when using cabin view its a little creepy,,, im yet to connect a steering wheel but i can imagine being completely obsorbed by how it feels!
  12. my stomach just fell out my ass! i wasnt expecting it to be so high up!
  13. ive come across this guy before, he's a really strong christian and for some time was overly preachy, but i think he grew up a little and realised he can help more people by being open and neutral to begin with, then be preachy to those who might be interested. I dont believe you need god to be happy, i do believe we need people with his human spirit to make life a better place.
  14. i wish i had my camera with me, its like living in a wonderland here! everything has been frosty frozen for days so has a thick fluff of frost. All the trees and houses are covered......damn ive found a fault in cycling to work! brilliant capturing the moment SMARTLY, what a grand tree!
  15. im sure it was the spice girls that drew you to this video ;-)
  16. the bike does have a saddle, its just lower than the top of the rear wheel ;-) I had the privalage of being allowed to play on an old collegues bike a few years ago, theres something strange about these bikes, something almost alive. Im into my cycling but ive never been into bmx or trials riding, but if you are use to handling a bike, as soon as you get on one it just feels like it wants to take you to the nearest edge and play. There is so much grip and poise in these bikes it really is an experience just doing little things on them
  17. i love poeple reactions to magic or trickery, sometimes its far better than the trick itself
  18. its an art colleged (under 18's classes it as a school) and theres no changing facilities...... great that really! so no, i take it easy on the way in and rage on the way home. good way to keep fit...... but maybe this is all taking us away from the topic....... if you want me in tights you only have to pm me
  19. 257......... that has got to be a complete KO!
  20. I knew you would ask that maybe phipck should tell by PM coz i dont want to know why. kinda freaked me out a little um well safe to say im not a tour de france type cyclist, so lycra is definatly out....... plus i work at a school..... which might be seen as inapropriate! i cycle in whatever im wearing normally and im rarely in anything other than shorts to put minds at rest, shorts are normally this length! on a borrowed bike at Centre Parks Nottingham, 2 years ago
  21. this dude doesnt know whats about to hit him! http://www.break.com/index/amazing-8-year-...nce-off-1959317
  22. a lot less painful a fail thread than normal
  23. ive not come off my bike in the last 6 or 7 years and even then it was an almost stationary drop to the floor. I am very vigilent on the road, i wear safety gear and have lights, i prepair to slow, manouvre or stop at all junctions and ensure other road users know exactly what im doing by being consistant and clearly signaling. I find those who drive on my route are more to blame for issues involving cyclists as even though i cycle at driving pace, drivers still feel the need to overtake, even at 30mph in a 30 zone. Even if there is nowhere for them to go ahead of me in traffic and seem to like it even more if their turning is just ahead of me.....while we both travel at 20-25mph. cycling in the snow with the right kit is fine. being conservative on speed and braking, much like in a car is essential. Other than that its just an absolute blast.........especially in this weather in my denim shorts
  24. clearly the best mode of transport for this weather is somthing purpose built :-) this was what i woke up to 3 miles in the snow requires a special tool and this is the right tool for the job :-) being laughed at for wearing a helmet and bright orange jacket can be tiresome, but being over taken up a hill while your car is slipping around buy that same guy wearing a helmet and a bright orange jacket must be just embarrasing
