My old Opel Manta was frickin' awesome in the snow. Late at night on deserted A-road roundabouts with a little ice I use to slide it round like a proper dift hero (yo)
  4. Now, imagine the camera car was, I dunno, let's say a late eighties Espirit Turbo, and the Corvette was actually a bitchin modified Nissan Silvia Turbo S12. That would make an awesome video.
  5. I think I rock your world. If only I could get an Omega steering wheel straight...
  6. Well that's me jinxed. If tony fires my ass it's ^ his ^ fault lol joke etc

  8. 'xcuse me but Al Pacino is not a "c**k" lol.
  9. You can't sack me, I'm indispensable.
  10. Ideally you'd repalce them as a set. Also, get Denso. I use to work with a dude who had worked at Renault for like +25years and he would replace them in anticipation of a failure if they weren't Denso. I think the other manufacurer may have been Siemens ?

  12. I would say it's essentially a Trailing arm-based set-up, but with an upper link to control wheel geometry instead of the strut. For a long time untill the early 90s Honda stuck to double wishbones front and rear, with no real benefit over cheaper and just as effective systems. For the record it seems Honda benefited a great deal from Rover's chassis and suspension engineering during the 1980s.
  13. I think you'll be lucky to get any kind of recourse. Anything could have ben done to them in 10k miles and 10 months.
  14. Check your owners manual or tyre placard for a list of recommended sizes too. The placard is probably in the door frame on the lower left corner. Nt such if it's passenger or driver's side tho.
  15. can you put a picture up ? doesn't sound too bad ?
  16. shouldn't those wheels be moving in an arc too eh ?
  17. Front camber of around minus 10/20 minutes (assuming 60minutes to a degree) should suffice a lowered car. That will badly displace toe, correcting toe will then increase castor. Usually they end up with about 7 or so degrees castor. It's easiest to drop the camber, then wind in some of the toe, gradually bring the two together.
  18. no Knockhill montage then
