  1. Best kind of banger racing, I havent seen this for years!
  2. like most things, when it is done well it is amazing, as in Inception. When it is done badly it is terrible!
  3. I'd love to drive that Mille Miglia route; that must have been an amazing experience!

  5. So about 22k after three years?
  6. Will this car be more or less than 50k?
  7. I've never driven a Maserati; the last Alfa Romeo I drove was a hire car and I loved the handling but the driving position was a nightmare for me. Hopefully they have solved this; I doubt I would ever fork out for this car new but a couple of years old it may be worth looking at. These sports cars are amazing but with the mega expensive rims and low profile tyres you know that on our roads you are going to be spending a few quid on repairing and replacing rims and tyres. The size of the pot holes here always guarantee that.
  8. knowing Alfa Romeo, they will make the engine/drivetrain/outside amazing but the interior/driving position will be not so good, specially for the taller driver

  10. amazing car. will be great value once its about two and a half years old. the residuals on these cars are terrible!
  11. Best Toyota RAV4 2002 Still on original tyres at 78,000 miles. Still don't need changing. Worst Lexus IS300 - 5,000 miles odd. I took them to Tony at STS in Watford in 2004 and due to excessive wear on the inners with the supposedly correct factory settings I had to replace all four tyres. Tony worked out the new values and before long people were bringing their Lexus to STS from far and wide to get their geometry sorted. I tried to claim the cost of the tyres from Lexus GB but they were not having any of it! the second set of tyres lasted a lot longer
  12. Argos is now the place for click and collect for ebay. Works a treat for me, plus I had a gander in the catalogue as well.
  13. It gets worse - no insurance on the Rolls as well http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/howaboutthat/11686259/Runaway-Rolls-Royce-ends-up-on-its-roof.html He would have been better off just driving the Rolls to Spain; it would have done it without any trouble
  14. constant repeats on Dave as well!
  15. No wonder he came a cropper; surely that is miles over the tow limit for a RAV? Doesn't a Rolls weigh over two tons??
  16. the biggest extra cost on car insurance is fraud, about £100 per driver per year.
  17. the statistics for different jobs are very unpredictable - builder costs more to insure than a bricklayer who costs more than a carpenter. supermarket jobs can vary as well so if your job has more than one name you can save by experimenting. if you are a mobile dj or nighclub worker then you will be paying more than any other type of worker.
  18. Yeah that is a good deal, should do the job as your camera is well within its weight limit!

  20. It's got a decent zoom on it that camera! This is a really good tripod if you want one that will last you forever http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/231221363891
