SMARTLY Posted October 30, 2011 Report Share Posted October 30, 2011 That's the first sign of a Tsunami, the water all goes out to sea further than a low tide. Not seen that video before. that sea wall must have been 25 to 30 feet high and the first Tsunami breached it and flooded the road behind it. Next Tsunami just kept going higher than that.
