Stupid question no doubt

You'd still notice possible shaking/wobbling (from the rear of the car) at certain speeds - sometimes if you're going fast enough you kind of "drive out of the wobble", but its basically wobbling/vibrating so much, there is less contact on the road, and it will of course increase tyre wear.

 

Although its an additional cost at most places where you get tyres, it is normally quote "We recommend new valves, balancing and eco-tyre disposal".
