I'd just go to a rolling road and get a power out put test and then send them the results. If it's not right then they have miss sold the item and there for liable to correct the matter or I f you wasn't satisfied all a full refund to the amount all ready paid and leave them with the car... Good luck, how you can find a colour that doesn't exist outside of the paint booth of the guy who painted it I don't know. Companies will mix up paint that "looks" like the factory paint for many models , it might look like a 360, it might look like a Astra but wont match your car

Its a custom paint job though , not factory paint, you will never match it yourself you will need a professional to play around with the colour , this is where the true skill of a painter comes in

I didn't say that 1) It has lights 2) If it didn't have lights it would not necessarily be illegal 3) Whats legal in one state may not be legal in another and vice versa Lights are only inspected in the UK mot if fitted , no lights is perfectly fine I have had motorcycles on the road with no headlamp Bottom line is you cant assume that something is legal or illegal based on a picture you need more information

Type approval type regulations are different to mot type regulations . There is no requirement for headlamps to even be fitted and they dont need to use the machine they can use a wall to ensure they work and dont dazzle

Dont even need headlamps in UK or US

The rod (Shaft) is just the drive shaft for the supercharger , there will be a pulley on the end connected to the crankshaft of the engine .
