  1. Nope... There is a height limit of 1000ft for anything below 3.5kg
  2. How? I know of systems that have 100km range.... They can be purchase easily and installed fairly easily. To go any further than a couple of miles though starts to get expensive...
  3. Tony. They do yes. . . but i bet they operate without a PFAW which means technically they are operating illegally. Also any operator is not allowed to fly 50m from a building and 150m from any other vehicle or person
  4. To make them look bad. Dont you remember that 'drone' that hit an airplane...and it was actually a plastic bag! No one likes 'drones' so the media pick on them for scaremongering. Unfortunately there are some complete tards that own quads.. But they are the ones who go and buy a phantom from maplins
  5. Brilliant! I will try and update this thread with my own pictures soon of the new house. In total there were 8 pictures of the house on right move and non of them really did any justic for the house. On the flip side i have seen some house adverts with amazing pictures, but its been a total dive when we looked around
  6. I call BS. The damage to the quad copter is not significant enough to reflect the damage on the windscreen
  7. Wow.. That arch gap! Looks good though.
  8. She obviously has asbestos fingers. Also no fume extractor, no tools or solder.. So i doubt the iron is even hot
  9. Got skillzzzz but not the right place for it
  10. Those barriers came down so quick as it was sped up.look at the time in the top middle!
  11. I used wax oil on my old coilovers. Once they where adjusted. Then once a year i would jet wash it all off and re-apply
  12. It was driving me nuts... I could not remember the name.. So i called my parents! Nebraska! A quick google brings up this: https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=nebraska+hailstone&client=ms-android-om-lge&hl=en-GB&biw=360&bih=525&prmd=nisv&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjK8sCDsK_MAhVLPBQKHaC6ABgQ_AUIBygC
  13. Been in similar situations myself as a child. I remember our neighbourhood covering the cars with white foam (like Styrofoam) to stop the hail ruining the car. I cannot remember the location but i do remember seeing hailstones the size of an adults fist (marginally smaller than a tennis ball)
  14. Supraa in good condition and the right specs are worth an awful lot of money now. Mainly because most have seen simular situations to this one
  15. What a nobber! Wet road + lead foot and no skill = spin#
  16. A large rc turbine engine can produce 24kg of thrust. So put 4 of those on the underside and you have 100kg of thrust. Then a 75kg man+ a few kg of fuel, 2kg per eengine, along with the platform etc = 95ish kg
  17. A couple of hobby grade turbine engines would be able to do that.
  18. Its a pitty the recorded image quality is pretty poor
  19. Paganist beliefs. Easter has nothing to do with jesus... They just stole it and made their own thing out of it.
  20. Sorry tony but thats incorrect. Because these are feeding turbos rules differ. With exhaust flow to a turbo you want to ensure that all exhaust pulses in are equally spaced. I.e 6 cyclinder engine should give 6 evenly spaced exhaust pulses to the hotside turbine. This allows a much more efficient and steady spool of the turbo. Along with exhaust scavenging, flow is critical. The higher the speed that thr exhaust gasses can meet the turbine will give greater efficiency. These manifold may look odd but they are utalising the fact there is space to get a very smooth run from the exhaust bank to thr turbo
