Sagitar
Tony - I have an acquaintance who is trying to clean up some alloy wheels. There is some adhesive remaining from a previous set of balance weights and he cannot shift it. Is there any recommended, safe, solvent for this stuff? There are various "glue removers" showing on Amazon, but no indication what they might do to the wheel finish.
Tony
White spirit and a cloth will do the trick.
adam_r
i find praying a small amoount of WD40 on the area, and slowly taking your nail to the glue/ foam slowly pulls it off. obviously make sure you clean the wd40 off afterwards
