Tony Posted September 21, 2010 Report Share Posted September 21, 2010 Yes there is when the wheels spin inside the tyres This is why Drag tyres are screwed to the rim, it was also a problem in the early days for big rigs when they converted to tubeless tyres, they would get to a hill and the drive wheels would just spin in the tyres.
