Tango
Tony, what effect, if any, would different tyre pressures have on the geometry calibration with the Hunter? Like having 10 psi in the front offside and 36 psi in the front nearside? Just a thought
Tony
The accuracy would be off by about 25% in the camber, i'm not so sure how much on the castor since it's measured from the cambers migration so it would be wrong whatever. That may explain the last calibration results then as we didn't check the pressures beforehand. I checked them a couple of days later with those results. May also explain the sudden tyre wear on the outer edge? The one tyre loses pressure but it's inconsistent. In between weekly checks it sometimes loses nothing, then the next check it's lost 20+ psi. I don't understand the inconsistency.
