cho
How does lowering a car affect the longevity of the fron castor arm bushes?
Tony
Shouldn't effect them at all...... Why, what problems are you having?
cho
took the car down to lexus and they said that my bushes are starting to go. Can't notice any difference when driving though. Their technician told me that they were under more stress as the car has been lowered. Is this true and if so would adjustable ones be better? Tony
He's talking rubbish mate, the bushings are not effected whatsoever. For the lower car adjustable is always better but not critical because as you say "she drives ok".
CIH
could they have rotated and loaded-up, NC style ?
Tony
could they have rotated and loaded-up, NC style ? No because they are horizontal in position, rather than the vertical position on the NC's
