shortstuff Posted June 10, 2008 Report Share Posted June 10, 2008 I checked my front offside tyre today and its close to the mark so I'm going to have to get a new 1 this month I recon There Perelli P7000 215/45/17's and the chappy a Kwik Fit (I had my A/C charged) said there £130 a corner Can anyone recommend a tyre thats not too expensive and lasts? Also after asking a few others about this they've said it could be a number of things thats caused the tyre's to wear unevenly. The favorites are round-a-bouts but I thought that would wear the other side altho I do take a lot more hard left turns than right and the other is the geromatry I think I'll end up getting it checked after talking to Essex_Racer but can anyone offer some advice please Before I forget to mention Rich I'm going to take your advice and change both fronts when I get it done Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Tony Posted June 10, 2008 Report Share Posted June 10, 2008 If it's only one tyre wearing the problem is probably camber.......This is not naturally adjustable on your car but camber kits are available for £30 per side.
