Rich
What do I win! Fairly easy to change, usually just one or two bolts holding the clamp in place. The bushes have a split in them so you can push them over the bar and then put the clamp back down. Access could be tight though, I'm sure how much room there is on the Jag. JamesV6CDX
The bolts look fiddly - but do-able Would poly bushes be recommended?

Rich
I had poly bushes fitted to the Mondeo and they firmed it up nicely, wasn't hard at all. I think if you do the lower arm bushes then the ride will really suffer. You need to make sure they're greased very well though otherwise if they dry out the squeaking will drive you mad!
