Congrats mate -
In fact you are correct.... Seemingly this owner has a "mate" who does most of the repairs to this car..... Most of them were visible to us.... If i were the owner i would change mates!! I had a mate like that, hence the reason I now work on cars meself!!
-
Never seen any for the mondeo but after a quick search seems you could get some from America for the Contour.
-
Oh no Jon's finally broken you down I do like the look of the Lexus but it makes a change seeing something different
-
Never knew that as I thought all TRE's were different even between the models of the same make. I will check mine then but from memory I think they're ok.
-
So can you get aftermarket TRE's for any type of car then?
-
Yep..... The steering wheel would have been as much use as a handbrake on a canoe Scary thought!
-
Nice motor, those rims really suit it Shame it weren't there when I was, gets abit boring seeing Lexus's all the time!!
-
So if the other 2 fell out would they loose all steering then?
-
Looks very impressive
-
Looks good...need any more of these Tony? If I'd known the boss was in action now I would've popped over to have a look. So did it live up to it's expectations?
-
I was thinking that the other day!
-
Aaahhh yes the "Boss"...i think Tony could sell tickets just to see it in action. Form an orderly queue Yep I will be there to see that! Here's a couple more photos of the hunter
-
Twice already! I've only had the problem once and replaced all the bolts with genuine Ford ones and caked them in locktite, not had a problem since! Could it be where yours is lowered so much, the extra strain is working them loose?
-
ah shame i was looking forward to meeting you Latimer road ? if that was the tractor track that the sat nav made us take , it probably was I had been there for 2 hours mate and needed to go, shame though I'm sure you will be at the open day! Yeah it was the windy country lane (Latimer Road) I passed you on...did you not see the black mondeo flying past you then!! I bet it was fun driving down there when towing? You can carry on the main road and go through Amersham and then into Chesham but it takes abit longer.
-
From what I saw today I'm very impressed with your new setup Tony Nice to meet you Scorps and Bazza I think I missed you by 5 minutes, I passed you down Latimer Road!
-
ok You guys going to be there then? I could pop along if I'm aloud!!
-
Think I need to come by and see the new equipment!
-
Cool I'll fit the camber kit the same time as the rear arms or over a couple of days and then let you work your magic. I'm really excited about what results I'm going to get from the upgrades and geo!
