  2. What can i say ......what a great day we had, arrived at about 10ish we was walking towards the drift practise area and who did we bump into......Matt (Mr Clawley) sitting there waiting to do some practise ..which didn't happen coz he had waited for nearly 3 hours to get on but gave up (cant blame him),so he went on to the drifworks stand....car looked very nice Matt The drifting was awesome, especially when there was 2 cars going round at the same time about a second apart each other, the guy from Holland in the BMW estate was fantastic (not familiar with all the names yet) the 2 Auto Glym cars were great too...he.ll they all were!!! some real talented drivers out there. Then there was the time shoot out, mostly evos with a Norris M/Sport evo and i think their entry is a 700bhp(if thats the one) dayglow green. Took loads of pics/videos but i wont get any up until the end of the week im afraid...be patient as they are worth looking at....well i think so!! Cant wait for Rockingham. O.k heres a little taster...

  4. Well another visit to the Dr's today for a 2k fine tune (5th one) and all is well sadly nothing to report about castor angles, king pin movement everything is fine and bundles of tread left i think when it went in for a service at Lexus they must of let some air out the tyres as she was running a couple of pound less than Tony advises. Good to see you again Tony and a great job done again. Oh the tea weren't bad either, did you run out of buscuits i'll bring my own next time ....you'll make a good wife

  19. I think you can go to low, when your having to work to hard to drive in normal conditions thats when you've gone past the mark.On the other hand to set a car up for track purposes where you have to work is different.......this is classed as fun The touring car look should be kept for the track.

    Dr Tony

He should move up to a Lex as it will indicate on the dash when a bulb has gone

I would have to agree. ......it was a written report not a typo error i wasn't overly concerned about it,just curious. They reported that i had a slight leak from the w/pump and said as it was due for a c/belt change next month(6 yrs old) despite in the h/book it says 10yrs for the c/belt change!! so you might as well do the 2 at the same time..cars done less than 50k quoted £650 on top of the service and MOT,also advised on r/pads saying you've got about 3-4k left on them (they told me the same thing 2 yrs ago,so 2 yrs left on them then Anyway got the car home and thought i'd check the leak so i ran my hand around the pump....nothing...nadda...zilch...dry as a bone and the gauge doesn't move,Also charged me for white grease to do the door hinges and the passenger rear squeaks like a good un....plus the washer bottle wasn't filled up,i know these are all petty things but i expect more from a Lexus dealer, so i went back today and complained that i wasn't happy (not for a discount) and all i got was........"the car was serviced by our senior technician"....."our numero uno"....i doubt he would of missed anything..........so thats that then GREAT!! Yet 2 months ago they couldn't pester me enough, bombarding me with phone calls to see if i was interested in buying a new IS250 so much so they wanted to have one for a trial period for 2 weeks for nothing. I do think that standards have dropped a bit since the new model has come out ....off to the Ford dealers now
