denbailey101 Posted August 7, 2011 Report Share Posted August 7, 2011 Hi Tony, I have a Lexus IS200 SE with the usual inner edge tyre wear problems. When I bought the car the tyres were pretty much shot, so I replaced them and also replaced the ball joints and track rod ends at the same time. I very foolishly had alignment done at a garage near to me, it handles worse then before and the tyres have worn in the inner edge again. I joined the LOC online and have been shown the light, you come very highly reccomended! :wub_anim: I am up in Stoke so a trip to Chesham is a bit of a jaunt, especially with work at the moment, so I will be using your garage network. Before I purchase alignment from the WIM website, who do you think is best in and around Stoke-On-Trent to cure my problem? Tony Posted August 7, 2011 Report Share Posted August 7, 2011 Hello Den and welcome to the forum If you can choose a centre i can assess if they are up to the task, reads a bit scary but the procedure for the IS calibration is intense so not all satellite centres are up for it. Thanks for the quick reply, With refrence to your garage network I was looking at having it done at "For Tyres", in Bucknall S-O-T or "XJK Jaguar Ltd" in Newcastle-Under-Lyme, im pretty much in between the two so whoever you think will be best equipped and experienced I will choose.
