98gs300
Hi, I have a Mk2 MR2 Turbo that needs the geometry setting up. It's been lowered 30mm on Bilstein B6 shocks and I've just finished installing polybushes and replacing the rear ball-joints. Everything else on the suspension is stock. What's adjustable on the MR2? Given that it's been lowered, is it worth getting getting some camber adjustment bolts? Cheers, Jon
CIH
Camber all round at the base of the struts and toe all round on tierods. Tierods tend to seize, especialy on the rear. 30mm isn't a huge drop so I wouldn't expect camber bolts to be necessary. Adjustable tension rods for castor would be awesome, though by no means a necessity.

OK thanks, I won't buy the camber bolts then I've been running with the shocks and 30mm drop for a few years without any adverse tyre wear. I'll have a look at getting some adjustable tension rods, I don't like how the polybush twists with the stock tension rods. The tie-rods look clean with no corrosion, so hopefully they're not seized. How busy are you at the moment, any free weekday slots in the first 2 weeks of April? Cheers, Jon

98gs300
Right, the adjustable tension rods have been fitted and approximately setup to match the stock rods. So hopefully already for tomorrow What options are there for the geometry setup? Is there a standard 'fast-road' setup that works well? Tony
We have several settings depending on the cars adjustment range.
