He started a company called WPW ( William Percy Watts ) His company was designed to transport oversize loads. This included the propellers for the QE2. In them days the route was planned to the extent they removed traffic lights and street lights..... Years back i recall seeing a photo of the propellers, and they were about three stories high. Sadly he was murdered by cancer and after his death the company dissolved... I only wish i was a bit older so i could really get to know him better.
