Steve86
Hie Tony. Iv a bit of a wobble coming from the back of my car (Altezza AS 200). its always kinda been there as i just thought the springs were crap and old which is why i wanna switch to coilovers but i thought id ask just in case.Anyway. When i hit bumps or tiny indents in the road the back of my car will kinda bounce and wobble and people tell me you can feel it in the back of the car.And lately when i hit bumps on the road the car will almost kinda slightly jerk me to the side of the bump on the road i hit and it will kind of wobble the car from left to right slightly! It just doesnt hold the road as well as it should. Iv lost confidence in driving it aswell. im always nervous around corners as it just doesnt fell right.Any ideas? Tony
Reads like a damper rebound issue to me...... Hit a bump, load the coils and no rebound control, this has nothing to do directly with the coils! How many miles has the car done?
Steve86
Thanks Tony. The car has done 146 000 km
Tony
Well if they are the originals then their way overdue for replacement.

Steve86
Hi Tony. The car is on springs as well just for extra information. Something I noticed as well today is my left back wheel is cambered quite a bit more than my back right wheel.
Tony
Have you actually checked the dampers for leaks or how they respond to rebound when compressed?
