When new it was governed to 112mph, but removing a screw from the instrument cluster removed that limitation. It also had more horses when it left the factory 115, but now it's down to iirc 87! h

Yes 1.6 Normally athsmatic! Not having a high vmax you have to learn to carry speed through corners.If you get the hairpin wrong before the long back straight you can lose 10-15 mph before Beckham. h

If the thread size is the same then check the seat shape. Generally the angle of taper is different. If the seat shape is the same the put one on finger tight and see if the socket will fit over the nut whilst it's on the wheel. h

Yep, it was a brilliant day, I'll hopefully load up a video of my fastest lap off the iPhone, recorded with Harry Lap Timer. I need to downsize it for the interweb. The Hornet, again was Flawless, ran all the day without issue or concern. Have not looked at the video from the Camera yet to get Seans drives out or the evo waltzing in front of him. Hopefullly do that tomorrow. There should also be some of me worring a Caterham for a couple of laps. (Must be a novice for me to do that!) H

What is being powered when the ignition is off. Must have one hell of a dark current to flatten those batteries. Why is there no battery isolator as commercial vehicles, voltage gets to a certain level, it isolates the battery and cuts the power. (not while the ignition is on!) H

I think you need to be careful on this, a friend had rear tyres changed on his Merc, they fitted slightly different sizes on the rear axle, diff thought there were problems with the rotational speed so the ECU went into limp mode. Took him ages to work out what the problem was! Don't know if Lexus has the same sort of thing. h
