  1. He wasn't, as a lot of the guys on site also haven't. The media must have added that for effect.
  2. Are you two bringing this up on purpose because I mentioned my Mum took my James Bond one off me and gave it away? You pair of 5h1ts - the childhood memory clearly destroys me. Have to agree though, Fantastic looking car. Yes, it was in Pretty Woman too
  3. He played the part excellently. I wasn't a fan of never the twain though, it just didn't seem right.
  4. I setup my mates wireless printer last year, so had to connect to it and I still have it on my phone - I'm going to stop outside his house and do this to him.
  5. I really don't know why don't use the magnetic wrist cord safety thingy
  6. Excellent isn't it. If you search on YouTube for flashmob there's loads but never happens where I am though.
  7. Someone got me a mini Henry at christmas. Total crap and noisy but great novelty value.
  8. Ahhh I see what you mean. If they aren't playing ball I suppose only final thing you can say is "make me an offer" and see if they do. Difficult one.
  9. You have valid points. Is it worth putting it in writing to them? Asking for a response in writing before taking legal proceedings? Sometimes that is enough. I may be a bit lost here, but you want the money back for the times you had to visit WIM? I guess they will be saying you never gave them chance to put it right, you went to WIM which will be a difficult one to claim against, unless they couldn't do what you needed? (ignoring expertise obv) If you were paying for the geo in their place and not WIM then you absolutely have a case. Not sure if it is worth small claims court action but you can make a claim HERE or download the application HERE to show them you are serious. It's £25 to put the claim in online but if it goes to court you'll have to pay more unless you win.
  10. Perfect. If you want to pursue it now you have proof of a accepting a degree of responsibility on their part otherwise they wouldn't have refunded you for the bolt kit. Hopefully the owner will see sense.
  11. Terrible, terrible place. They won't get help (and I use the term very loosely) because they haven't enough natural resources to benefit any other country.
  12. If it's their own website, they're not likely to publish it, unless it is powered by Google reviews. They may not show it on their site but it will be in Googles reviews? You can sometimes add to google maps if you search for the business on maps and scroll up (or left pane on a pc/lappy) and you can leave a review. Don't forget Trustpilot too. If they don't play ball on any form of recompense, get some footage for Youtube (from a public place) and let people know their professionalism. They may then Offer to come to an agreement to take it down. Legally of course, you don't want it to look like bribery. I do hope you can get some recording of them saying something about the nuts they put on.
  13. That's what happens when you lose faith.... he shows you a sign.
  14. Direct replacement for conventional tractor. Failed for a few reasons. Article HERE. Unveiled at the 1983 Frankfurt Motor Show, the truck study featured a tractor unit that measured just 1,170 mm in height, covered completely by the trailer. The unusual design allowed for an 18-meter-long loading area and a total cargo volume of 150 cubic meters. Steinwinter's aim was to build a tractor that would help decrease the size and aerodynamic drag of a typical articulated truck. That would result in better fuel efficiency and increased cargo capacity — it's a wonder why the world's highways aren't filled with similar trucks.
  15. You can get one here..... for £174k. Cheap at twice the price.
