  1. Got any 215/45 17 or 175/60 13
  2. It's all orderd and due for install in...................................... Two weeks Guess you won't be open before I'm away then, the 27th?
  3. That's interesting but surely it defeats the point of them being directionals...they must have been designed this way for a reason?
  4. Looking good What's happening with the mezzanine then? I want to fit me camber kit!
  5. Where could you get rose jointed ones from then?
  6. So in wet weather the tyres would not work like they're suppose to...so could be dangerous to drive on? If this was a fault of a garage and the owner was oblivious to the fact the tyres had been fitted incorrectly and they had an accident, do you think the insurance company could refuse to pay out? That's if they spot them. I always thought that regardless of whether the owner knows that something has been fitted correctly or not, it's their car so they should make sure it's roadworthy and legal at all times.
  7. Was stuck in traffic this afternoon and I was looking at a few cars parked up when I noticed on one of them the front directional tyres were on the wrong side! What affect does this have on the handling of the car and tyre wear? I'm assuming it would be an MOT failure as well?
  8. I can do 0-60 in half an hour! Good time mate, be fun at the lights if you get any chav's egging you on!
  9. I didn't know you were going to do air con, will come in handy that Getting there slowly though
  10. Nice one Tony  What's the powerflex logo on there for, can you get these as well?
  11. Maybe they didn't want him to be out of pocket...very noble of them I'd say
  12. No other companies you can try for the flooring then or was this the best one you found?
  13. How much work is involved in building it then? No chance of having the shutters fitted sooner then?
  14. Hopefully something will come of it then although I'd imagine it will be a slow process. How they can deny there is a problem is beyond me, the photos speak for themselves!
  15. I suppose at the end of the day you get what you pay for...If you want the grip then you have to compensate on the tyre life and MPG I'm tempted to try the Goodyears, depending how much they are! I guess it will just be trial and error to see which tyre gives the best MPG on my car but that's going to prove an expensive test!
  16. They're so cheap I replace in pairs anyway, the pattern ones I've got at the moment have been on for over a year and no play in them at all. Only cost me about 18 quid the pair
  17. Are you going to cover it then? How good was that acid as that floor was quite slippery?
  18. Understand why you weren't, but presumably that's why the bollards are there Got to better than driving into the wall! Tony, I think you forgot to paint a section of the floor!
  19. So I'm assuming a tyre with a harder compound will be better to increase the MPG?
  20. Don't want to loose me aircon so that idea is a no go Once I have the suspension/geo sorted I will be contacting wootty to see what he can do
  21. Well hopefully that will change soon It's a shame the Toyo's don't have the wear of the Michelin Pilot Primacy but when I had mine they tramlined badly! The Goodyear Eagle F1 look good though.
  22. Did Jammy get lost then! Fingers crossed it all goes smoothly then
  23. I love the tyre, don't get me wrong it's the best I've ever used as I'd always been a 'budget' tyre person. However, when you only get 5000 - 6000 miles out of them it's a little dissappointing.
  24. Rich

    Look what arrived

Thanks I'm going away on the 27th so plenty of time to fit them, hopefully
  25. Why did you go on the M1? You only need to use the M25! Looking good Tony, when the electrics being done?
