  1. https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:Abm7o3IwsQgJ:https://www.cbs46.com/news/fuel-tanker-tips-forward-at-gas-station-in-pike-county/article_9386568b-1807-5b0f-94e3-bf9cf80ba94e.html+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=uk&client=firefox-b-d Thats the article. Have had to go for the google cache version as, due to being in the UK, we can't access the CBS website due to GDPR. Not sure they really understand how it works, but hey.
  2. Remember that you don't buy these watches to wear, rather to sit in a collection for 2-3 years to the be sold on. It's a yes from me though!
  3. No video unfortunately - long since been writen over, but managed to get a few snaps at the time ..
  4. I saw this - joined the M25 at Watford, saw tonnes of flashing lights behind me kept speed low behind the lorry in front of me so I could see that lot catch up - and overtake! Awesome to see!
  5. It says the locks are vulnerable to being sawn - thats wrong surely - it's the steering wheel itself! No way to get round that without fitting the big yellow locks that cover over half the wheel, or a disklok!
  6. 100% photoshopped - just look at how it sits on the ground in the carpark. That whole trailer with 4 cars is only 1 parking bay wide?
  7. Used to have a set of these! Prancing Moose. http://puu.sh/zn94u/8b64691be1.jpg
  8. Thames valley police know, and I've put a complaint in to Audi themselves - seems the car is for sale at an audi dealer and has been since July. http://www.sytner.co.uk/car-search/7582562-audi-a5/
  9. You can see the 30+ seconds before - as I got level with the back of the van he came pelting up behind me, flashing his lights, waving his hands, swerving side to side - the lot. I pulled in at the Smart as it seemed the safest - with his swervig it didn't feel safe to pull in behind it as it looked like he was going to dive around the inside of me - then that happened!
  10. I had this fun the other week ...
  11. I think it costs to list an item, but not to alter the price. If you put "none in stock" that won't stop people buying them - and if someone pays £18k for it then I'm sure you can find one to send them. Quids in.
  12. Going to take the other viewpoint, purely to kick-start a discussion - what are they going to do about the parents of the child? Yes, he shouldn't have been cycling there, but it isn't entirely his fault. Why did the parents not have a sufficient grasp on their child?
  13. Skynet was more of an AI. That drone firing the gun has a servo pulli g the trigger when you tell it to. Its impossible for it to go rogue and take over the world.
  14. Disapointed. Only 16 .. and a few of those were a bit weak!
  15. I'll grab a pair too if you're trying to get rid!
  16. Don't worry too much about getting fabric cleaner on glass! I can't see something designed for cleaning fabric doing any damage to something that stops 70+mph of wind and numerous stones from hitting you in the face ... If you get any on the glass, just wipe it off. It'll be like wax manufacturers saying "don't put this on your windows" - I have waxed my rear windows before!
  17. I think this calls for a WIM meet ... !
  18. You could always call the car Billy, and say its his nameplate?
  19. I bet they'll be on air, and will have lowered down for the photo to be taken. Doesn't look to be a lot (if any) motion blur, so they won't be moving particularly quickly.
  20. I think we may have found the issue - Tony's computer. No issue with the speed you're getting there - shouldn't affect web page load times - do you know what you're paying for? Try this one: http://www.volvoforums.org.uk That should load in under 2 seconds. Thats about as far from WIM forums as you can get - different software, different hosts, different physical hardware, different connections to the internet, the lot. It might be worth a few other checks later to work out if its your computer or internet connection causing your issues. James Edit - This took about 10 seconds to post, but the edit was almost instant - sub 1 second. Rich - assuming you've run them already, but are there any optimisation tools built in to the IPBoard admin panel?
  21. That can happen on any website at any time. The only time you'd be able to link the Merc forum having issues and WIM forums having issues is if they're on the same server, which, they aren't.
  22. Definitely need to cut those ends off! Messy job otherwise ... 2/10 for style!
