Nicely done Tony, looks superb. Can't wait for collection tomorrow ! For both my benefit and anyone else reading this, what, if anything can be done to stop these bolts siezing again after doing this work? I'm sure i've heard people use copper grease?

    Honda S2000

It varies year to year on the s2000, early ones like mine are the thickest I believe, think they are about 28mm ? Interesting to see the drop links had given up, had they gone to the point of impacting performance or was it just rubber fatigue when removed ?
  3. Granted I have less power, weight etc than your nsx in my s2000 but I recently had fluid, pads and discs done alround by Honda. Previously at Bedford after 4 laps I was dead and the pedal was on the floor. Now I go in as my tyres have got too warm and the arse is all over the place (re050a's) I find my 'problem' now is not having enough braking force so I'm braking earlier than the other cars around me(specifcally last time the only place a 111r was catching me up was under braking) After this round of suspension work and some coilovers I'm going to look at wilwood 4 or 6 pots on the front to try and help out !

    Honda S2000

Hi guys, Better reply to this thread with it being my car !! Cusco ARB's are 32mm front and 30mm rear. Looks like your making good progress so far Tony, look forward to the other installmentz, my f5 key is wearing out at work!!!
  5. Biased as I have an s2000 but for me most 'real' vtec engines. I'm talking the f20c, k20a and b18c... Found in the s2000, dc5 itr and dc2 itr. I don't think for the sound they make anything short of a v8 from a 355 with a tubi system sounds better ! Airbox lid off on my s2000 and you outsing most cars through induction noise alone ! I fondly remember the look of horror on a 550 Ferrari owners face as I went past :-D
