Apparantly adjustable S14 (iirc) tension rods will do it
-
bear in mind you could pick up a puncture at any time and may have to replace a tyre/tyres sooner than expected.
-
I think 18s would be a little too large and demand too small a profile. but that's just me I liked the photoshop on the previous page. As for unspring weight, yeah maybe a little lol.
-
What kind of range would I be looking it ? That is, how much toe would you normally be looking to dial in ?
-
Go for it I'll tell you "mine" if you tell me yours Eitherway, I don't fancy fitting them. 20"s, ultra low profile and with a polished rim....
-
What does WIM make of these ? Ebay S12 Coilovers Doesn't appear to offer any castor adjustment ?
-
I actually saw a V35 Skyline today, for the first time. They're for a 635i on Schnitzer wheels. Would you care to know how much they're going to cost ?
-
Nah, profile would be too small We've had Q7 spec Goodyear Eagles and Contis in stock for a while now
-
Oh yeah it'll be like Audi with the peculiar split upper links (for want of a better description!)
-
More 'net wisdom http://www.sxoc.co.uk/vbb/showthread.php?t=385887 225 tyres on a 9.5j rim leaking on the bead ? No problem! Oh, incidentally, we've got some 295/25 20 Michelin Pilot Sports in today. Wonder what they're for ?
-
Do the coilovers not include adjustable top mounts (for the front camber) ? I've also had cars with adjusters that were "under tension". How do you go about feeing them off ?
-
Meh, I really hate the DT website
-
Can they be adjusted "on the fly" ? Like, say, adjustable top mounts or eccentric bolts ? Where do you get them btw ?
-
Like the NSX wheels. Not sure what they are. Enkei, maybe ?
-
I don't know anything about them, save for your Focus RS thread a little while ago.
-
It depends on the owners intentions? Brought it here so as not to hijack the other thread. My intentions are fast-road (possible occasional track) but either way it's more because I want to experiment. Mainly with "building in" adjustment and aftermarket modifications generally. tbh I'm thinking coilovers may be overkill.
-
I wouldn't have guessed camber was excessive given the OEM and the fact it's <1' ?
-
Is there much pratical difference between coilovers or a fixed drop with additional camber/caastor adjustment kits ?
-
"adjuster syndrome" ?
-
I think you had to get involved as WIM was mentioned by several posters. Looks like someone from P5 got involved too.
-
It's prudent to study them beforehand don't you think ?
-
N/S/R appears to have issues as it made little difference wether on or off cam. Can we explore what's actually happening with the extra toe ? Especially why wether or not it's a driven wheel is relevant ?

un-built models......
-
when i did that (by accidnt) in Forza with an MX5 it was super-oversteery.
-
I never said that!
