Is that the right one Rich as it says 112 volts ? Does the Lexus not use the hybrid battery to start the car like my Toyota ? My 12v just turns the ignition on etc.
Ah ok - just realised it says phase 1 then a space the 12v

No idea. Does it say in the manual? Where did you connect the comfort lead, to the bolts on the main clamps?
Dunno, haven't looked at the manual. yes, I connected the comfort lead the the main clamps that tighten it round the posts.
Just looked online at manual it says to charge at 5 amps or less, picture of the battery is a sketch so of no use to anybody I'll take a pic.
Should have siad main manual is 712 pages and the satnav / media is 268 pages
-
So I decided to fit the comfort lead this morning to make connection just a bit easier. Anybody know what the extra connections / bits are on the terminals apart from the posts?
-
Think so, that's why a bought a charger for a start/stop battery
-
I've got a Toyota C-HR hybrid and a CTEK charger, I just use it when I need to. Connect to battery and leave it and check that has moved on from charge to care before I disconnect. Not read about an amps restriction, but not looked for one.
Just checked the website and it says 3.8amps max. Lucky ?

To remove the stuck wheel
-
Seems a strange decision. Firstly that are not many cars on the road so not much potential business. Secondly if you had furloughed the employees they would still be getting a good wedge without any risk.
-
So is it to lower the suspension?
-
I thought they had put them on to cover the rust

You shouldn't be at work endof
-
You are not allowed to work, it's essential companies only.
-
Why not put a few pics up and somebody can paintshop it for you, then you can decide ?
-
To me they all look better in black
-
They do waterproof covers for cars that can breath and have a very soft lining on the inside. Did you but on of those?
-
Nothing to stop you going and parking in the car park without entering the show and put a nice big For Sale sign on the windscreen with your mobile if you are going to look at cars around the show.
-
Are you ever going to want to remove the cover ? If so you may need something that is not permanent.
-
Yes, it's real. But when photo was put out claims were they built in Japan in 24 hours but it actually took 4 months.
-
Doubt it, user error
-
Wrong topic ?
-
Put 12 volts across it !! I guess you could strip it and check the brushes unless they are visible / removable from the outside.
-
No pic or video ??

My bad, thought you had added it the post about your Honda !!
So has this diesel Fiesta got one battery or two? Think some diesels have two. Just wondering if one is dead ? Think the later cars with electronic ignition can't be jump started with a battery as it can put 18v through electronics.
So you can switch on ignition, does go plug light light up and then go out or it too warm outside? Think you should be able to push start the car unless it's auto. He's still got a nice hill to go down
-
What car has he got? Did you try to bump it?
-
Exhausts pop as they have unbuilt fuel in ( I assume ), can happen any speed I guess. Cahn also pop more often from a leak on the exhaust manifold.
It wasn't anything inside the new dryer ?
